Hi and welcome!  I am so glad you are here.  It’s been a journey for me to get to this place, and I’m sure you are on your own journey too.  Having help can make a profound difference.  I am here to do just that!  I have been serving and helping others my entire life, including as a therapist for more than a decade.  I have been studying energy for several years, and am certified as a Master Energy Practitioner.  I am also certified to provide intuitive Heart and Mindset life coaching, hypnotherapy and Past Life Regressions.   I’ve worked with deep intention to heal and elevate in my own life, and now it’s my great privilege to take all that I have learned and share it with you.  I love to feel into people’s growth, and provide supports that help them to move forward.  I’ve got special gifting and training to use in hypnosis, coaching sessions and in energy work.  It’s quite amazing and beautiful to witness the profound growth and healing my clients experience when we dive in together.  Hypnosis, Past Life Regressions, Coaching and Energy Healings are all really fun and so beautiful, and I can’t wait to schedule these services with you! When I am not in the office, you can often find me enjoying nature with hikes, backpacking and camping trips, beach time, stargazing, and enjoying meals and gatherings with friends and family. I grew up in Connecticut, and called Texas home for the last 19 years.  These days, you will find me exploring my new home base in Colorado, or visiting all sorts of places all over the globe.
