Lola teaches yoga at various locations around Kings Langley, Apsley, Berkhamsted & Hemel Hempstead. Her Power Yoga classes are comprised of intensely energetic flowing sequences which help cultivate endurance, core strength, muscle tone and flexibility. These challenging yet rewarding classes are a great way to relieve stress, reconnect with your body and get in shape for the summer.

Schedule and Classes

Power Yoga classes are held every day Monday – Saturday in and around King’s Langley, Apsley, Abbot’s Langley, Hemel Hempstead and Watford. These classes can be pre-booked or you can just drop in if you feel like it.

All levels welcome

Although the classes are physically challenging, they are not exclusive to seasoned yoga pros. All the sequences include variations to  accommodate a variety of levels and ability. If you are just starting out, then you may find the class challenging at first but after 3 or 4 sessions I guarantee you will feel a lot more confident and comfortable in your practice. Do it, move out of your comfort zone. After all, you can only grow if you are willing to feel awkward and uncomfortable when you try something new.

Move, breathe, meditate

The dynamic sequences of power yoga are based around constant flow (vinyasa) of the physical postures and the breath. During the practice the teacher will talk you through the sequence, step by step. All you need to do is focus on the breath and follow the instructions.

However if you still think a regular class is too much you are welcome to join the 8 week program.
