I teach small group and 1 to 1 classes and cover the following areas: High Barnet, Totteridge and Whetstone, Finchley and Highgate. My Power Yoga classes are comprised of intensely energetic flowing sequences which help cultivate endurance, core strength, muscle tone and flexibility. These challenging yet rewarding classes are a great way to relieve stress, reconnect with your body and get in shape for the summer.
I am available for home visits though out the year or outdoor classes when its warm.
Power Yoga classes are held every day Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning 10-11am in Whetstone. Booking is necessary as places are limited.

Although the classes are physically challenging, they are not exclusive to seasoned yoga pros. All the sequences include variations to accommodate a variety of levels and ability. If you are just starting out, then you may find the class challenging at first but after 3 or 4 sessions I guarantee you will feel a lot more confident and comfortable in your practice. Do it, move out of your comfort zone. After all, you can only grow if you are willing to feel awkward and uncomfortable when you try something new.
The dynamic sequences of power yoga are based around constant flow (vinyasa) of the physical postures and the breath. During the practice the teacher will talk you through the sequence, step by step. All you need to do is focus on the breath and follow the instructions. The energetic asana sequence is followed by a deep guided relaxation.
However if you feel you would like a ore structured approach, you are welcome to join the 8 week program which takes you through the basics of yoga.
